CANCELLATIONS: All sales are final. If the cancellation is made less than 45 days before an event, the rental balance is expected to be paid in full. If you cancel your trip, we will allow you to use your payments up to one year from the date of cancellation for another event other than Saturday. Hourly prices and minimums are subject to change for future dates should you change the date.
The customer must provide all multimedia entertainment, including CDs, DVDs and MP3s. The total price is subject to change (i) if the price of fuel increases by more than 20% from the date of this Agreement to the date of the Event (in which case there will be a fuel surcharge), or (ii) if there is a change in federal, state or local law or market conditions that requires the Wright party bus to incur significant additional expenses or making material modifications to the bus prior to the date of the Event. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in the limousine or party bus if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. We supply coolers, ice and cups for your drinks.
As long as you follow these guidelines and know what type of bus best suits your group, you're ready to party. Around 80% of bus operators allow alcohol consumption on board, but they often require a deposit or cleaning fee for any possible mess. Customer agrees to reimburse any amount spent by Wright Party Bus, including but not limited to attorney's fees, collection fees and any other expenses incurred by Wright Party Bus in collection of payment of any amount owed to Wright Party Bus. While you are allowed to drink at your own private party on the bus, California law dictates that anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a companion who is at least 25 years old.
IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT NEITHER WRIGHT PARTY BUS NOR THE OPERATOR WILL BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE EVENT. The Public Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) regulates the safety of charter bus companies, which also include party buses. Always make sure your bus allows it with your booking specialist and thoroughly review the details of your contract. If you are under 21, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the party bus.
There have been cases where people found another group of customers on their party bus after returning to the vehicle, even though the booking time was not yet up. If the passenger consumes no more than two alcoholic beverages at a time, they are allowed to drink beer, wine, liquor, or other intoxicating beverages on the bus or in the vehicle. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WRIGHT PARTY BUS OR THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON RESULTING FROM THE PERFORMANCE OF WRIGHT PARTY BUS, EVEN IF WRIGHT PARTY BUS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Customer agrees to provide Wright Party Bus with credit card information and agrees that Wright Party Bus may charge any amount owed by Customer to such credit card.
Wright Party Bus reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages or intoxicating drugs, or who are, or may become objectionable to other persons or if the operator feels threatened in any way.
