Wedding Services

Our company is a full-service wedding/event planning company. For weddings we can
help you select a theme for your wedding and find the products and services to make it a reality. One thing that makes us stand out from the rest is that we really know how to squeeze a dollar and convert it into a really elegant event.  We also have excellent customer service and when we say something, we mean it! Our word is our bond. 

We pay attention to details; in fact, we care so much about your details, that we tape record our every meeting with you.

• If you want butterflies or doves released at your reception, we know where to find them.
• If you want to set off fireworks as you depart for your honeymoon, we can get them too.
• If you want a wedding-by-the sea, we will find a beach where that’s allowed and if applicable, we will obtain the permits.
• If you want your engagement announced in the paper, we will do that too,
• If you want a celebrity at your reception, we know how to contact them,
• If you want a helicopter-shaped cake, we know a baker who does this.   
• Want your wedding at the Zoo? We know how to get it there. 

Do you know your etiquette? For instance, it’s customary for the receiving line to be lined up this way: Mother of the Bride, Father of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Father of the Groom, The Bride, the Groom, the maid or matron of honor, the bridesmaids, oldest first.

Do you know how invitations should be written? If not, don’t panic, we do. And to save you time, we’ll address and mail them. Then we’ll set up and manage an RSVP file.

Do you know where your wedding money is going? Did you know that the reception is 50% of your budget?  We know the fees of wedding-related vendors, so we can set up a fairly accurate budget.

Are you forgetful? Well, we’ll send reminders of all of your wedding-related appoint- ments and take you there if necessary.

Need wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception management? We do that too.*

Do you want wedding-related services and products at up to a 20% discount? Well with our previously established relationship with wedding-related vendors, we get them for you.**

All this and more, we do, for one of the lowest fees in the area. And don’t worry about
quality—our quality is higher than our fees! We save you time and $$$!

We have several wedding packages; one of them is sure to meet your needs:

The Pearl Package: Consists of a $35.00 1 hour consultation, monthly updates, 4 hours of wedding-related tasks—any 4 of the above or others. Your choice.  Does not include on-site management.  ($1,100.00-$1,350.00***)

The Ruby Package: Consists of a $35.00 1hour consultation, monthly updates, 8 hours of wedding related tasks—any 8 of the previously mentioned, or others. Your choice.  May include on-site management.  ($1,500.00-$1,850.00***)

The Diamond Package: Consists of all the tasks necessary to make your wedding the wedding of your dreams. Includes a $35.00 1hour consultation, honeymoon arranging, bridal shower aid, monthly updates and on-site management. ($2,000.00 and up***)

Day of Coordination Package: Is just what it says. Includes on-site management, a 30 minute FREE consultation and monthly updates.  ($1,00.00 and up***)

Planning Only Package: $1,000.00 & up.
Month of Package: $1,500.00 & up.

Reception Only Package: Is just what it says. Includes  a FREE 30 minute consultation on-site management, monthly updates. ($900.00***)

You may have noticed that the fees are in price range format. This is because the actual fee is based on how many guests you are expecting, how difficult it is to fulfill your requests, the scope of the project, and other intangibles, and how far ahead of your wedding/event you book our services. I’m sure we can arrive at a price that is right for you.

Wedding Products

Stationery: We offer custom invitation sets and other wedding-related paper products from 3 of the largest stationery companies in the country.

Personalized Products: We sell gifts for the groom, gifts for the wedding party, gifts for the guests, wedding favors, wedding accessories: (such as garters, cake server sets, glassware, unity candles) jewelry, all personalized.

Wedding Software: (Hard to find in stores.) If you can’t afford a wedding planner, we can still order wedding software for you.
